Do I need to keep accounting records if my newly registered company has no business activity yet?

Required. After company establishment, you must maintain books on schedule and file tax returns. Even with no income for the period, you must submit a zero declaration as required. Failure to file regularly will negatively impact your tax credit rating.

Is my data secure during the service?

Customer data is classified and stored by project. Electronic records are kept in a controlled environment. All service personnel must sign confidentiality agreements. Upon termination of services, data is returned or destroyed per the agreement.

Can I do bookkeeping only without handling social security?

Yes. Services can be selected individually or bundled into packages; the specific scope will be defined upon signing the agreement.

Does the quote include annual tax reconciliation?

Included. The monthly service fee covers the annual corporate income tax reconciliation and the annual business report filing. Separate notifications will be provided if historical year supplementary filings are required.

How to handle the handover when switching accounting firms midway?

We will export account data, verify vouchers and ledgers, reconcile tax registrations and filing records, prepare a handover checklist, and support the new service provider in completing the transition.
